First Week: Prepping Images, Setting Up Props, Animating within ToonBoom Harmony

I used a lot of regular tools and keyframing with this one. Notably, I made 12 different sets of Stakataka character arms. Only 8 made the final version.

Theme is around the daily boring life of a college character, then having a really chaotic dream based on things the shape could be used for. At the end they're satisfied with how they are right now even if it's not the most comfortable.

Second Week: Full 2D Animation

Spent all of this time prepping the animation in full.

The dream sequence has an emphasis on simple shapes and geometry since it ties into Graphic Design using core shapes or lines at the basic level.

Third Week: Classrooms

 

I highjacked the giant presentation classroom on April 19th. I brought the plush prop onto campus for a lot of test shots. Unfortunately, some of them came out very blurry and I had to redo a good chunk of them.
