Anime: Life Lessons with Uramichi-Oniisan

This is the cover for this song. I wanted to stay in the same color range. Plus my favorite color is green so it was an easy choice to make.

I first started with recording many silly videos of me and my lovely car, Pearl. 

 

Next I jumped in Adobe Audition to trim the song and make it seamless. 

Then I went to premier to piece together my video segments and add transitions. I was going to add the animated type in Premier Pro but thought that would be so much easier in After Effects. 

Now in After Effects, I add all my text and text animations. The song is a mix of English and Japanese so I only used type where the English lyrics were sung.

The last thing I did was go back and make sure everything was complete and uniform. The example here is the grid I used for all my text. I went to every text section and made sure it was on the grid where it needed to be. At this point I am picking at small things to make the end product a little better.
